Overseas Admissions at Harvest International School

Admission Procedure for Overseas Students:

Overseas parents are encouraged to fill in the online registration form and send us Present school Mark sheet as an attachment or send us the documents through email. Once we receive all the completed documents we will invite you for an interview either in person or through electronic media.

1. Online Registration: We invite overseas parents to begin the admissions process by filling out our online registration form. This form provides us with essential information about the prospective student and helps us initiate the admission process.
2. Document Submission: Along with the online registration form, we kindly request parents to provide us with the following documents:
• Present School Mark Sheet: Please attach the most recent academic report or mark sheet of your child.
• Passport Copy: A clear and legible copy of the student’s passport page with personal details.
• Visa Copy: A copy of the student’s valid visa or dependent visa.
• Birth Certificate: A copy of the student’s birth certificate to verify age and identity.
• Passport-sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs of the student.

These documents can be submitted as attachments through the online registration form or sent directly to our admissions team via email.

1. Application Review: Once we receive all the completed documents, our admissions team will thoroughly review your child’s application. We assess the applicant’s academic records, extracurricular achievements, and any additional information provided.
2. Selection Test & Interview: Following the initial review, we will invite the prospective student for a selection test followed by an interview. The test and the interview can be conducted either in person if you are in the vicinity of our school or through electronic media such as video conferencing for overseas applicants. The interview is an opportunity for us to get to know the students better, understand their aspirations, and assess their suitability for our academic programs.
3. Acceptance: Upon successful completion of the interview and the admission review process, we will notify parents of the admission decision. If your child is accepted into Harvest International School, we will provide you with detailed information regarding enrollment, including fee structure, visa procedures, and other essential details.
4. Orientation: Prior to the start of the academic year, we conduct orientation programs for newly enrolled overseas students and their parents. These sessions help students familiarize themselves with our school’s culture, policies, and expectations.
